Please take a few minutes to read my Shop Policies completely when placing a purchase and contact me if you have any questions/concerns.

Custom Orders

I am open to special requests/custom orders; for more information please go here: Custom Order Policies.


I accept payment through PayPal.  You don’t need to have a PayPal account for that, you would proceed as a guest through Pay Pal and pay with your preferred card.  Once your payment has cleared, your order will be processed.  Orders in which payment is not received within three days of the order will be cancelled and item(s) relisted.

Michigan residents pay 6.00% sales tax.


I ship with-in the USA and Ready to Ship’ items are mailed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, excluding any major US Holidays.

Prices will vary depending on your order.  All packages include delivery confirmation.

International:  I am sorry I do not ship outside the US at this time.

Missing Packages

Please follow up with the United States Post Office immediately if tracking shows your package as delivered and you still don’t have it.

Check and Double Check

Please make sure the address provided for shipping purposes is correct to avoid shipping delays and extra shipping charges.   If a package is returned as undeliverable to the address provided to me, you are responsible for any additional shipping required to resend your package.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me right away.  There is a timeline for me to recover losses from the post office for damaged packages.  If possible please take photos of damaged packages before opening.  If your actual purchase is indeed damaged I will need to receive all damaged items within 7 days of your receipt with original packaging.  Once I receive the item(s) I will determine whether it can be repaired or if it needs replacing and will follow up accordingly.

Refunds and Exchanges

As I am the only person involved in your purchase from creation to drop off at the USPS I inspect all items myself.  It’s very important to me that you are happy with your purchase so should there be any problems please contact me immediately so that we can correct this as soon as possible.

If a return is necessary…

  • Purchases must be returned within 30 days
  • All shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Refunds are issued once I receive the item(s) in clean, original, undamaged and sell-able condition
  • You will need to provide me with a tracking number when returning your package

Note:  Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, returns are not guaranteed and decisions regarding returns are made at my discretion on a case by case basis.  Earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

Additional information

  • It is your responsibility to make sure all sizes are correct when placing your order. If you need assistance ensuring sizing accuracy please contact me before placing your order.
  • There may be slight variations in your item(s) due to their handcrafted nature.
  • Handmade items should always be lovingly cared for so please:
    • Don’t shower/swim with jewelry
    • Do follow care instructions as directed – {Note: While some items can be machine washed/dried, for best results crochet items hold up better and last longer when hand washed and air dried.}
    • Peeking threads/yarn is to be expected with crochet projects. Do NOT cut these!!!  Just take a little yarn needle and weave them back in.
  • If you see something you like but it’s not in the size/color you need email me and ask if I can/will make it the way you need it – see custom order policies for more details.
  • Any personal information collected is for the purpose of responding to your inquiries/purchases.  I do NOT sell/share Personal Information provided.
  • Mailing Lists:  I do occasionally send customers updates/specials.  I am the only one using the mailing lists.
  • Allergy Sufferers: Items are made in a non-smoking home.  I have cats.
  • Please note: I make all efforts possible to display colors accurately but light effect, monitor’s brightness, contrast etc. may cause color variances.
